(eg banana\/kiwi fruit\/pear)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 handful of organic rolled oats<\/li>\n<li>1 heaped teaspoon of spirulina or barley grass powder<\/li>\n<li>a generous dash of cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>a little (1\/2 teaspoon) organic raw honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>Wizz it in the blender for about one minute &#8211;
